Today the 15th of January is "Blue Monday", the most depressing day of the year. The British psychologist Cliff Anrall coined this term in 2005 where among others a combination of the cold/rainy weather, financial situation after the holidays, and failed new year's resolutions cause the most depressing day of the year. At Vink Recruitment & TAU Engineering we believe that "Blue Monday" isn't tied to a specific day, we understand that for any individual this can be on a different day. One of our core values is to maintain a healthy work-life balance, this is very important for us, which is why the Vink Recruitment team receives a "baaldag" that can be used freely every year to just have a bad day.
