Congratulations to PHOTOSOL for closing the Maido refinancing transaction - a diversified brownfield portfolio of 112 MWp across 9 solar PV assets (ground mounted and canopy) located in France.   Green Giraffe Advisory is proud to have supported Photosol in refinancing its existing senior debt facility and DSRF. The EUR 103.4 M financing, secured with Caisse d'Epargne CEPAC and La Banque Postale, allows the switch of a part of the portfolio's offtake from CfDs to cPPAs. This represents a remarkable transaction precedent in the lending sphere for financing a portfolio with an exposure to more than 20% of merchant revenues in France.
