The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

• Analyze financial data and build complex financial forecasts with accuracy
• Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics such as yearly growth, return on assets, return on equity and earnings
• Review all non-legal pertinent information about prospective deals
• Support financial and accounting functions, such as investment operations, product recommendations, budgeting, financial statement consolidation, cost control and M&A activities
• Evaluate and analyze capital investment opportunities, lending activities, debt acquisition, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, financial statements, etc.
• Study the company’s financial data to provide insight for business decisions and overall financial strategy.
• Collaborate with teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Preparing reports for senior management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
• Create visually compelling reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
• Building and testing drivers and variables for financial model forecasting within standard deviation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions.
  
  

Ideal Profile

Skills Required

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or any related field
• Completely fluent in English
• 1 - 3 Years or proven experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role, preferably in the lending or financial industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work efficiently with complex datasets.
• Highly Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and other analytics tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Proficiency with statistical techniques and tools for data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Attention to detail and a passion for accuracy in data & finance analysis.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
