We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our HR team as an intern, focusing on global mobility and employee benefits management.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the operational management of employees on international assignments, including contract and tax administration, and total compensation
Provide operational support in managing corporate benefit programs, particularly insurance policies and main company benefits, including the company welfare platform.
Support the planning and implementation of employee transfers between Italy and other countries
Collaborate on the implementation of new benefit systems in Italy and across our subsidiaries
Perform periodic reporting activities for HQ and the group on corporate benefit and welfare plans in Italy and at group level
Requirements:
Degree in Economics or a related field
Short previous experience as HR in the reward team, comp&ben, etc
Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint
Strong teamwork and good communication skills
Fluent in English
