PV Project Coordinator

Grenergy Renovables is a Spanish company created in 2007, an independent producer of energy from renewable sources, mainly wind and photovoltaic, which has been listed on the Continuous Market since 2019. Its business model covers all phases of the project, from development, through construction and financial structuring to the operation and maintenance of the plants. The company has a global pipeline of more than 10 GW in various stages of development in the twelve countries where it operates in the European market (Spain, Italy, United Kingdom, Germany, Poland and Romania), Latin America (Chile, Peru, Mexico, Argentina and Colombia) and the US.

Currently due to our growth, we are looking to strengthen the Development department in Italy (Rome) with a PV Project Manager Coordinator.

Your day:

• Develop utility scale PV/storage projects as a part of the development team.
• Coordinate the members and tasks of the development team.
• Dealing with landowners with regards to negotiating land lease agreements, easements.
• Verify projects opportunities, according to the internal manual of the company, including land verification, environmental and spatial planning conditions.
• Manage external service providers for project development.
• Manage all permitting procedures, including contact with local governance and other public authorities.
• Manage internal due diligence of third parties projects.
• Gathering information and preparing necessary reports (including input to the budget, schedules and others).

Requirements:

• Engineering degree.
• At least 7 years of experience in similar responsibilities.
• Experience in renewable energy projects and permitting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Italian. Spanish would be an asset.
• Collaborative, proactive and team player who partners well with others.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel.
