Project Manager

The Role:

We are currently expanding our operations and we are looking for an ambitious Project Manager with experience on construction projects to join our team in Milan.

Yuo will work in Building Design & Consultancy teams involved in a variety of projects reporting to the Senior Project Manager and keeping her informed of the important and relevant service/design decisions that ensure the objectives of RIMOND and the clients are achieved.

As part of a dinamic team, your activity will focus on:

• Complete management of the project lifecycle, from planning phase to final delivery;
• Coordinate internal and external resources involved in the projects, including engineers, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors;
• Ensure adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards for each project;
• Monitor project development closely, identifying and promptly managing any risks or issues;
• Provide technical support and resolve any technical issues that may arise during project implementation;
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations in the construction sector;
• Representing RIMOND at client, site, and external design team meetings.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field;
• At least 3 years of proven experience in project management in the construction industry;
• Previous experience in technical roles in design & build projects will be a plus;
• Excellent leadership and team management skills and ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholder;
• Expertise with AutoCAD, BIM - REVIT;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project;
• Results-oriented and creative problem-solving skill;
• Fluent in both written and spoken Italian and English.
