We are looking for a Logistic Specialist able to support us grow our business by managing the organization of working processes in logistic, security and safety fields in the stores and Head Office, and by taking care of warehouse and tasks related to it and compliance with company policies.


As a Logistic Specialist, reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for controlling stock of the local warehouse in the stores and the deliveries of new opening. This is a fast-paced, extremely detail-oriented role involving a good communication with Loss Prevention Department and HQ and managing costs related to logistics and safety activities.

THE LOGISTIC SPECIALIST for LPP


  • Controlling stock and the management of warehouse in the stores;
  • Controlling of deliveries for new openings following the communication with Loss&Prevention in regards of schedule, restrictions in stores, surpluses and deficiencies;
  • Monitoring stocks of goods for sale; responsibility for follow up on documents and cost produced by movements and warehousing of selling goods; reporting about it receipt of goods, following all company policies and procedures;
  • Controlling and acceptance of transfers between local warehouse of the stores;
  • Controlling of regular deliveries by following the communication with HQ and local logistic company regarding time schedules, surpluses or deficiencies of boxes. Solving issues regarding incorrect data in program with HQ, informing stores about problems, preparing KPI’s of deliveries;
  • Supervising of stocktaking process in stores by following the communication with stores, HQ and local company regarding issues, schedule, instructions;
  • Checking of results and dealing with issues during and after stocktaking;
  • Supervising and stocktaking process in the local warehouse of the stores on box level - once a year for internal audit;
  • Train, evaluate and guidance employees;
  • Ensuring that all the operations related to logistics operations are conducted according to the Italian Law;
  • Acceptance of write-offs by managind the utilization of goods, damaged goods, used for marketing purpose;
  • Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions;
  • Utilize labor management tools and maintain adequate store supplies;
  • Communicate, execute, and manage logistic, safety and security programs;
  • Ensure employee awareness of safety and emergency procedures;
  • Maintain and utilize surveillance equipment;
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications;
  • Management of all store operational issues, to include store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes;
  • Organization, coordination and executing of inventories. Responsibility for compliance with local legislation and for all documentation related to inventory execution;
  • Other tasks by order of Employer.



NEEDED AND EXPECTED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience (2+ years) in retail industry in the logistic field;
  • English at communicative and professional level;
  • Commercial approach and professional attitude;
  • High achievement motivation and orientation towards results;
  • Good working time organization;
  • Available to travel for business trips when required;
  • Team management skills;
  • Interest in fashion.
