Key responsibilities
Prometeon Tyre Group is looking for a Communication and Graphic Designer Intern to join the Events & Sponsorship team in the Group Head Quarter in Milan. The candidate will support the team by focusing on activities and initiatives that enhance Prometeon's visibility through impactful and distinctive communication and visual approaches, including:
• Collaborating and supervising the agencies supporting us in creating visual and graphic contents.
• Prepare periodic communication report and presentation: press clippings, sector information gathering, summary of activities carried out by Countries/Regions, etc.
• Manage updating of the company presentation for the different occasions of communications with different stakeholders (customers, suppliers...).
• Propose and manage a kit of standard communication content to be used in CRM activities, such as: newsletter; special promotions campaigns; CTA and in different touch points: point of sales, exhibitions & fair, etc..
• The candidate will have the opportunity to focus on different touchpoints (events, social media, websites) and to collaborate and interact with different functions in HQ and marketing colleagues all over the world.
• Working across the communications mix, will support in develop and implement outstanding global programs and activities, including marketing communication, social media contents, and direct support to launches and promotions and to maximize the visibility of the Company.
Qualifications required
• Master’s degree in marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; a creative and passionate individual with a love for design.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Advanced PowerPoint skills) and Canva; knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign…).
• Proficiency in using and operating independently with the main graphic packages on Windows systems and preferably also on Mac (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), in addition to an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work independently with the main graphic packages on Windows systems and preferably also on Mac.
• Knowledge of photo and video-making programs is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team with different departments and countries, understanding cultural differences.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, result-oriented with a flexible and creative mindset.
