Retex S.p.A. Società Benefit is expanding its tech team in Milan. Currently, we are building a dynamic and creative team working on exciting projects for our clients in the Fashion&Luxury world.

We are looking for passionate and skilled Front-End Developer, with different seniority to join our team and take part in the development of Web Applications and E-Commerce projects. The new team member will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, utilizing modern and innovative technologies.

As a Front-End Developer you will:

• develop and maintain web applications with a focus on front-end features;
• collaborate with the design team to implement user-friendly interfaces;
• optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability;
• ensure all code is readable, well-commented, and efficiently structured;
• work with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic;
• utilize frameworks such as Vue.js and Nuxt.js, and when required, React and Next.js;
• stay up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies.

The ideal candidate:

• strong knowledge of web development technologies and frameworks (Vue.js and Nuxt.js or React and Next.js);
• proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern build tools;
• experience with responsive and adaptive design;
• familiarity with front-end testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, Selenium, Cypress, etc. You will have the opportunity to work closely with major brands in the industry and contribute to creating high-level digital experiences;
• previous experience with e-commerce projects, especially within the Fashion&Design industry be a plus;
• ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks;
• good interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams;
• good communication skills;
• good knowledge in English and Italian.
