Through our brand, Accademia dei Test, we are leaders in preparing for university entrance tests and public competitions in Italy. We're rapidly scaling, and have just secured our 14M € A-series funding, with which we will prioritize expanding into new fields. We believe we can become the biggest European Edtech player in the coming decade.

Role

We are looking for a talented copywriter to join our Marketing team and contribute to the engagement and quality of our communication campaigns. As a direct report to our Marketing Manager, you will closely work with the content team and the graphic team to ensure uniformity, creativity and quality as the backbone of all our content. From ad copy to blog content, you will work on all marketing touch points aiming for excellence, performance and consistency. Futura is actively building a Brand and a community, we need You to help us take it to the next level!

Main responsibilities

• Write clear, compelling  and on-brand copy for marketing materials, website content, blog and various other assets
• Review current copy and continuously optimize content for all channels, ensuring alignment and performance along the whole marketing funnel
• Be the Tone of Voice champion, harmonize it throughout all channels and content while ensuring coherence and differentiation by vertical products.
• Deliver high quality output contributing to create 360 campaigns with storytelling at the core 
• Create content where creativity goes hand in hand with SEO
• Tutor and support content team in developing increasingly performing copy

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of copywriting experience, preferably in digital agencies or startups
• Exceptional writing skills that demonstrate the ability to create campaign content that attracts, retains and grows an audience
• Incredibly high creative standards and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to juggle many projects while delivering results despite competing priorities
• Experience with SEO writing
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English
• Talent for spreading good vibes
