Today, July 15th, the 𝖸𝗈𝗎𝗍𝗁 𝖤𝗆𝗉𝗅𝗈𝗒𝖾𝖾𝗌 𝖲𝗄𝗂𝗅𝗅𝗌 is celebrated. Since 2014, this International Day has aimed to highlight the unique abilities and potential of young employees, promoting equal opportunities and social inclusion through education and training in the companies. Since its foundation, Sinergia has adopted an internal policy aiming a step-by-step growth, thanks to dedicated training courses (Approx. 135 training hours per year for each employee in 2023) and personalized career plans since the internship and apprenticeship contracts. The young and challenging (average employee age: 38 y.o., nearly 22% under 30) environment that tells Sinergia, is favored by the young people who work every day with creativity and resilience flanked by experienced tutors. 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗚𝗜𝗔 "𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡".   From 1st to 3rd July, took place Sinergia's first "𝖠𝗀𝖾𝗇𝗍𝗌 𝖢𝗈𝗇𝗏𝖾𝗇𝗍𝗂𝗈𝗇". Our international partners have been gathered to share the principal’s commercial strategies and actions to be promoted to get to the common goal. The agenda was enriched with technical/commercial classroom training, a visit to the manufacturing area and dedicated meeting with our Teams, to share information suitable to support the agent’s activity. Evening entertainment by immersing our guests in the beauty of our culture and traditions was “part of the journey”. The frank appreciation of all activities declared by the large attendance, and the instinctive networking among all agents, make us confident about the increased potential of focused collaboration on new products and promising markets. #WeAreSinergia #AgentConvention

𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗚𝗜𝗔 𝗛𝗔𝗦 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗗 𝗜𝗧𝗦 “𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗔𝗟 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗚𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗦𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗘”   Following the last SA8000 certificate release, another significant milestone in the "quality field" has been achieved: Sinergia obtained the maximum applicable score (𝗍𝗁𝗋𝖾𝖾 𝗌𝗍𝖺𝗋𝗌) in the "Italian Legality rating".   This indicator, managed by the Competition and Market Authority, evaluates Italian companies with reference to legality standards involving the company and the administration board's legal integrity. The legality rating aims to promote and introduce ethical values in the exercise of business activity and provides advantages regarding the granting of public financing and access to bank credit.   The already awarded ISOs & SA8000 certifications and internal regulations have facilitated the procedure, confirming Sinergia as a reliable partner from a quality & financial point of view.   𝖧𝗈𝗐 𝗆𝖺𝗇𝗒 𝖮&𝖦 𝗈𝗉𝖾𝗋𝖺𝗍𝗈𝗋𝗌 𝖼𝗈𝗎𝗅𝖽 𝗉𝗋𝖺𝗂𝗌𝖾 𝗍𝗁𝗂𝗌 𝖺𝖼𝗁𝗂𝖾𝗏𝖾𝗆𝖾𝗇𝗍?   #WeAreSinergia

In the past weeks Mr. Mario Marchetti, Sinergia CFO, was hosted by the Università degli Studi di Bergamo, to give a speech to first-year students of the Mechanical Engineering course.   The core of the lesson, called "𝖤𝖼𝗈𝗇𝗈𝗆𝗂𝖼 𝖯𝗋𝗈𝗃𝖾𝖼𝗍 𝖢𝗈𝗇𝗍𝗋𝗈𝗅", was an introduction to the methods and systems used in controlling the financial project progress, taking the Sinergia orders management as an example. A focus was dedicated to the most efficient tools and procedures used by Sinergia, to manage multi-year job orders.   A special thanks goes to Mrs Alice Civera, for having involved Sinergia in this academic activity. This initiative further strengthens the long-lasting collaboration between Sinergia and the local University, started in 2017 with the development of the tool for calculating the Lifecycle Assessment of Sinergia's main products, remaining a source of new talents who have joined the team!   #WeAreSinergia #UniBG #MadeInItaly

𝗚𝗢𝗢𝗗 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗢𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗗. In 2022 Sinergia was awarded a staggered supply of N.10 Heatless #AirDryer packages for the biggest ongoing O&G project in Qatar. This last set completes with punctuality the supply of in-house engineered and built packages capable of producing 𝟨𝟧𝟢𝟢 𝖭𝗆𝟥/𝗁 of instrument air. The two years of collaborative relation between the Contractor and Sinergia, together with the quality and care of details of manufacture, have paid. A rewarding new purchase order has confirmed Sinergia as a “state of the art ” supplier for this and other technologies. Thanks to a process begun in mid-2023, Sinergia has recently received the SA8000:2014 certification, which guarantees the workplace quality through the safeguarding of various topics such as health and safety, the fight against child labour and discrimination, freedom of association and respect for working hours and salary. Sinergia employees and management have always been sensitive and respectful of these ethics topics, but now we are proud to say that Sinergia is part of the approx. 4000 worldwide companies SA 8000 certified, further demonstrating its reliability both as a supplier and customer. 𝗠𝗘𝗘𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘: 𝗢𝗠𝗔𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗪𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗨𝗣𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗠 𝗛𝗨𝗕. The Sinergia team has recently paid a visit to its new Omani Agent, Stellar Process Solutions LLC, with a clear intention of performing a supporting action to this growing market. The scheduled visit to the OPES exhibition, and various meetings performed with several local End Users and EPC contractors, gave the opportunity to better introduce Sinergia and its wide product portfolio, with a focus on the engineered turn-key plants.  Different players are leading the Omani market, including several “Oil Service Companies”, which showed their interest in the N2 Artificial Lift application for depleted wells. 𝗔𝗡 𝗘𝗫𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗘𝗡 𝗣𝗨𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗡𝗗𝗢𝗪𝗡. Thanks to a focus on the latest 𝖬𝖾𝗆𝖻𝗋𝖺𝗇𝖾 𝖭𝗂𝗍𝗋𝗈𝗀𝖾𝗇 𝖦𝖾𝗇𝖾𝗋𝖺𝗍𝗈𝗋 𝖯𝖺𝖼𝗄𝖺𝗀𝖾 produced, we can discover all the design requirements "hidden" behind the customized project. Engineered and manufactured by Sinergia, with final destination Central Africa, this project is characterized by a relevant turndown, required by the client’s specifications. Composed of two trains: the first to pre-treat the compressed air by removing condensate and particles  is followed by the membrane N2 Generator, capable of providing approximately 𝟪𝟢𝟢 𝖭𝗆𝟥/𝖧 𝖺𝗍 𝟫𝟩% under normal operation, but with potential capacity of 𝟧𝟢𝟢𝟢 𝖭𝗆𝟥/𝗁 when purity is decreased to 𝟫𝟧%. The system automatically regulates its capacity depending on the selected purity. As for previous jobs, the sizing of the installed 𝟣𝟤𝟢 𝗆𝖾𝗆𝖻𝗋𝖺𝗇𝖾𝗌 was performed with the propriety calculation-tool supplied by the membrane manufacturer. 𝗡𝗘𝗪-𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗖𝗘𝗦: 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗔𝗖𝗛 Since its foundation, Sinergia has always been at the forefront of supporting young people , contributing to their approach to the working world. Even this year, Confindustria Bergamo invited Sinergia and other excellent companies of our territory to participate at #BergamoJobFestival 2024. Considering the short timing available, a technological focus has been conducted with many graduating students, who shared their ambitions and professional interests in Sinergia and its particular products and developing program. To keep the current employee's average age at 𝟥𝟪 𝗒𝖾𝖺𝗋𝗌, is a challenge, but we trust it will be easily handled thanks to the contribution of a stable connection with such local institutes. #WeAreSinergia

On the occasion of the “𝟤𝟢𝟤𝟦 𝖫𝖺𝖻𝗈𝗋 𝖣𝖺𝗒” Sinergia CEO, Mrs. Norma Scandella, released an interview for the local newspaper Bergamonews.it - Quotidiano Online. A few topics were covered, focusing on which the company is more involved: Starting from the presence of female quotas and gender equality, up to the impact of low salaries on international markets and the advent of artificial intelligence, as a replacement for human resources. The point of view of a worker, albeit in the role of employer, has been added to other testimonies which aim to raise awareness of this important anniversary as much as possible, reporting some of the issues faced every workday.
