SHOWCASING OUR NEW PROJECT At LU-VE Group, we take great pride in showcasing the projects that we undertake. Not to be self-referential, but to make people, our collaborators, proud of the effort they put in their work. ❄️ Therefore, we are excited to share one of our latest projects: a comprehensive supply for a supermarket in Italy, that comprehend 6 gas coolers and nearly 70 CO2 evaporators, with the evaporators alone having a total cooling capacity of 2.3 MW as part of a transcritical application. 🌱 The gas coolers will work with CO2 as a natural refrigerant, ensuring an eco-friendly and efficient solution.  Additionally, the incorporation of the #adiabatic panels will significantly enhance the overall performance of the gas coolers, providing substantial benefits to the end-user. 👏 We extend our gratitude to everyone involved in this project. LU-VE GROUP: VISIT OF THE NEW PRODUCTION PLANT IN CHINA We recently had the opportunity to celebrate our nearly completed new production facility in Tianmen, Hubei province, China, attending a meeting with top local authorities, followed by a gala dinner and a tour of the new production site. This marks a significant achievement for LU-VE Group, as we continue to expand our operations since first establishing our Changshu plant in 2011, and then in Tianmen in 2018/19. In May 2023, we reached an agreement with the Tianmen Prefecture to expand our production site there, to a total of 43,640 sqm, including 6,640 sqm of semi-covered storage. This expansion, supported by the local government and facilitated by the “Belt & Road Initiative”, brings us more and more close to our key customers in China. LU-VE Group was the first foreign company (and is still the only one) to establish in the Tianmen area. MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE PRODUCTS Recently, our production plant in Uboldo, Italy, has been manufacturing two XXLD units equipped with the Emeritus system, to be shipped to Germany. 💧 LU-VE Group's Emeritus system represents an advanced solution combining adiabatic pre-cooling and direct spraying to optimize the cooling of external air. The excess non-evaporated water can be collected in a tank and, after decontamination (UV irradiation), reused to wet the adiabatic panels. Additionally, a smart control system will always be at your disposal. 🌿 With intelligent control and efficient water usage, Emeritus reduces overall power consumption by 21% compared to a normal “dry” configuration, ensuring high performance even at the hottest temperatures. #Innovation and #sustainability united for innovative cooling. 📸 Take a look at the pictures of the two giant units, in construction and completed.
