IRCA, leader internazionale nella produzione di cioccolato, creme, frutta, pistacchi, decorazioni e altri ingredienti di alta qualità per il settore alimentare, ha acquisito Domori Professional, ottenendo i diritti esclusivi per l’utilizzo del brand Domori nel canale B2B, potendo così offrire una gamma completa di prodotti professionali premium a marchio Domori. L'accordo è effettivo dal 1° luglio 2024 e la distribuzione sarà pienamente avviata dal 1° gennaio 2025. IRCA, an international leader in chocolate, creams, fruit, pistachios, decorations, and other high-quality food ingredients, has acquired Domori Professional, granting IRCA the exclusive rights to use the Domori brand to produce and commercialize super premium products for its B2B channel. The agreement was effective as of 1st July 2024 and the distribution will be fully rolled out from 1st January 2025. IRCA Group is proud to welcome DOMORI Professional, through the acquisition of the exclusive global rights to use the Domori brand in the B2B channel, offering the full assortment of the premium Domori branded professional products. Domori stands for truly high-end chocolate thanks to using the purest cocoa and to processing it through a gentle custom-made roasting process. It is particularly focused on promoting and preserving the usage of Criollo cocoa (a rare and high-quality variety of cocoa). Annika Engelbrecht, IRCA Group CMO, says: "We are pleased to welcome the Domori brand into the IRCA Group, which is the perfect addition to our existing product offering. The Domori B2B portfolio consists of a wide range of premium chocolate products, coupled with deep expertise in the field of cocoa processing from the cocoa bean to the final product.
