Creativity is… The thing that makes everything go further and faster. Or as Kim Potters puts it, it’s the accelerator. And when our foot is on the peddle, creativity is the vehicle that makes an impact. It’s the drive we all want to be on, the road trip we’ll never forget, and it makes the journey a lot more enjoyable for everyone. It hence needs true cheerleaders such as Kim Potters - urging everyone around her on to elevate what we do with enthusiasm and positivity... and that is contagious! Are you having fun being creative? PS. ❤️❤️❤️ for our work for Dulux Heritage reimagining the covers of 12 literary classics to create an entirely new way to choose color. "Dulux Heritage Editions" are a collection of luxury paint hues that have been paired with iconic novels ranging from War of the Worlds, Dracula and Moby Dick to 1984, Little Women and Frankenstein. The covers were created by hand to demonstrate the genuine application of paint, with the spines acting as paint swatches and the inside covers showcasing the wide range of Dulux Heritage. https://lnkd.in/eV9WQzQS #BorderlessCreativity #TeamOgilvy

AI: Fueling Creativity, Not Fear. Is AI a threat to creativity or its biggest champion? Antonis Kocheilas, Ogilvy's Global Chief Transformation Officer, believes it's the latter. In a recent interview with Linda Daly of the Sunday Times Ireland, Antonis shared how AI is poised to unlock new levels of creative expression in advertising. "AI is not simply an efficiency play," Antonis notes, "it is an epiphany play. It is to bring to life the things we haven't been able to do before." From generating never-before-seen concepts to pushing the boundaries of what's possible, AI is empowering agencies like Ogilvy to deliver truly groundbreaking work for clients. These are exciting times for WPP and Ogilvy as we leverage AI to fuel creative exploration and deliver groundbreaking work.

Almost 30% of children rate their mental health as 'not good' and need help to manage it, according to a report issued in May 2023 by the Ombudsman for Children’s Office. That is why our client Marks and Spencer has partnered with youth mental health charity Jigsaw - The National Centre for Youth Mental Health, with the aim to raise €350,000 over the next three years. To kickstart the partnership, a team of M&S staff are out walking 26 miles through Dublin today for their big Fun-raiser! We are so proud of the Marathon team who are on a mission to make a difference. 💛

We are excited to work with My Waste Ireland for National Food Waste Recycling Week, a campaign dedicated to raising awareness on how to recycle food waste in your brown bin correctly.   Did you know that despite 69% of Irish households using brown bins, the country still wastes a staggering 750,000 tonnes of food annually?   This week, we're proud to amplify MyWaste.ie's message and encourage individuals and businesses to adopt responsible food waste management practices. Some tips we are already using:   Planning Meals: Shopping smart and checking what we already have. Storing Food Properly: Properly storing food to extend its life. Using Our Brown Bin: Making sure we compost unavoidable food waste.   If you’d like to learn learn more about how you can reduce food waste, make sure to check out MyWaste.ie.   #NationalFoodWasteRecyclingWeek #FoodWasteRecycling #Sustainability #CircularLiving #ClientWork

Wilson Hartnell was delighted to have our very own experts from our Corporate and Public Affairs Practice, Frans and Cian, invited to present a PR Masterclass session to participants on The Furthr Foundry Accelerator programme. The Furthr Foundry Accelerator is delivered by Furthr, Ireland’s leading business innovation centre, with key partners including Growing Capital, Microsoft’s Founder Platform, the Guinness Enterprise Centre and Dublin Tech Summit. It is a 12-week intensive programme, empowering Ireland’s most aspiring tech entrepreneurs to deliver ten investor-ready high-potential start-ups who will take on pre-seed investment following their completion of the programme. Frans and Cian delivered an engaging 40-minute presentation followed by an insightful Q&A session, tailored specifically for ten of the country’s most aspiring tech entrepreneurs participating in this new Accelerator programme. The session covered a range of topics, including the importance of PR in building brand awareness and credibility, practical tips for founders to kickstart their own PR efforts, setting business objectives and adopting a business-led, brand-driven approach to communications, effective media relations, and when to bring in professional help. Attendees had the opportunity to ask specific questions and receive tailored advice, with real-life case studies shared throughout the session. We are proud to play a small part in each of these Founders’ entrepreneurship journey. https://lnkd.in/eThuprqA #Furthr #GoFurthr #startups #FurthrFoundry #Entrepreneurship
