Responsibilities:

• Develop & Maintain the commodity strategy and manage the supply base accordingly
• Responsible for market analysis (benchmark, professional fairs, market trends, innovation...) and the risk management of the commodity (financial health of suppliers, M&A, dependence ratio…)
• Manage the relationships according to OPmobility purchasing policy
• Lead the supplier sourcing process in the respect of the procedures
• Lead negotiation with the suppliers and internal customers
• Identify and execute technical and commercial savings
• Commits & Manages the portfolio in line with budget

Requirements:

• You have a successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or engineering or a comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of specialised professional experience in the technical purchasing of PACKAGING & MRO in the automotive & international environment
• You have an in-depth expertise in contract and project management. as well as knowledge with Finance & cash management.
• You are a team player with excellent negotiation, assertiveness and communication skills for a goal- and solution-orientated exchange with internal and external stakeholders
• You are fluent in written and spoken in English, ideally also German.
