We are seeking a Global purchasing controller to join our company.

Place of work: Budapest, 1119 Major u. 69 OR Kecskemét, Georg Knorr u. 8.

Type of employment: Part-time job (20 hours / week)

We count on you in the following tasks:


  • Responsible for Reporting and Controlling activities of Purchasing globally.
  • Monthly reporting of global purchasing savings development, supplier quality and all other purchasing related KPIs.
  • Monthly reporting of macro-economic related data e.g. raw material development and currency fluctuation, also provides forecast information.
  • Support the preparation of the monthly Executive Board Reviews .
  • Align savings and purchasing volumes with financial controlling and supports forecasting cycles (MOP, FC05, FC09).
  • Execution of analysis on purchasing data and proposals of recommendation for actions.


You are the ideal candidate if you possess:


  • Education: University degree in finance, business management and/or controlling
  • Work experience: min. 3 years in controlling or reporting function at manufacturing company
  • Communication/negotiation skills in English
  • Advanced controlling knowledge
  • Analytical way of thinking
  • MS-Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Soft skills: Accuracy, Assertiveness, Self-management and teamwork
