My client is a global consumer goods company, looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth across the French market.
As the Senior Sales Manager you will be responsible for defining and implementing the sales strategy as well as driving growth across the business' key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Directing the wholesale and retail operations for France
Managing annual business plans, budgets and targets in order to meet company KPIs
Implementing market launch plans
Creating monthly forecasting
Ideal Candidate
You will be an experienced Senior Sales Manager managing the French territory with experience in Toys or Juvenile. You will be a confident people manager, being able to get the most out of your sales team.
Key Requirements
Vast experience within the consumer goods sector selling into both mass retail and specialist retailers
To be able to demonstrate previous success in significantly growing turnover
Previous experience managing a sales team
Be able to organise, plan and implement a detailed business plan and strategy
Ability to manage significant P&L including marketing and promotional budgets
