Private Equity Analyst

Responsibilities:

As part of our Private Assets activity within Private Banking (direct funds and feeder funds) you will join a team of 6 people in which your main missions will be:

Assist the COO on a daily basis in the monitoring and management of feeder funds: financial flows (calls and distributions), periodic fund reports, performance analysis, etc.;

Analyze and verify the financial statements of the funds: exchange with depositaries and CACs;

Participate in the structuring of French or Luxembourg feeder funds (RAIF, SIF Sicav, SLP, FIPS, FPCI): legal and regulatory aspects, discussions with legal advisors;

Help the team respond to the various requests from private bankers and clients and develop activity monitoring tools;

Lead various administrative and operational campaigns with front-office teams (monitoring subscriptions, KYC reviews, updating bank details, etc.).

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate of a Bac+5 from a Business school/University type, specializing in Finance or Asset Management;

Professional experience (2 - 5 years): financial institution, audit or consulting firm.
