Junior IT & Transformation Analyst (x,f,m)

About the Role: As a future Junior IT & Transformation Analyst, you will report to the Head of Operational Financial Fund Manager, and you will be part of AXA IM PRIME business unit.

As a key member supporting a team of 6, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of operations linked to the financial management of alternative funds.

The key responsibilities of this role span across various areas:

• Reporting framework - Lead the development of the reporting framework
• Produce reliable, readable, version controlled, documented & commented code in R/Python
• Management of the production schedule and proactive communication with the various correspondents
• IT Transformation - Proactively participate to the IT transformation of Prime
• Enhance the existing processes by implementing IT solutions
• Forecasting - Design and develop of a group tool forecasting and modeling cashflows for all portfolios of AXA IM Prime
• Portfolio monitoring
• Track and analyse the fund’s performance (IRR, MOIC,Cash Yield)
• Track and analyse the fund’s risk indicators (liquidity stress test, FX risk, Concentration limits)
• Ensure that fund’s ALM is well managed and that the funded and unfunded commitments are duly monitored and controlled
• Operational Excellence
• Automate the capital calls and distributions notices from investments
• Optimize the capital calls and distributions processes
• Steer the liquidity of the fund and cash forecasting exercices
• Implement simulation & stress testing of our portfolios

SHARE your unique expertise

• Master’s degree in finance, business, or a related field
• Knowledge of R/Python programming
• Knowledge of development environment, code versioning and good practices (Jupyter Notebooks, VS Code, github, devOps etc..)
• Knowledge of SQL/Spark SQL and HTML/CSS/JS are a plus
• Knowledge of data visualization and analytics tools is a plus
• Knowledge of Azure (Databricks, DevOps, Data Factory, Azure Storage Explorer)
• Good knowledge of financial markets / financial instruments and valuation is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Enthusiasm to learn and a proactive approach
• Reliability and integrity
