About The Role


We are hiring a Financial Planning and Analyst, to join our global European Finance Team, the group headquarters is located in Levallois-Perret and focuses on sales and service for the regional market. We are looking for a business partner that takes an active part in shaping the future of Alliance Automotive in this dynamic and international environement (US & Europe)


What You´ll Be Doing


  • Performance monitoring of the 6 subsidiaries (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet): analyze actual performance against reference scenarios (budget/reforecast/last year).
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support Finance team and Execom members.
  • Helping to coordinate the preparation of the annual budget, multi-year business plan and regular reforecasts.
  • Supporting Finance department transformation (processes improvement, process notes drafting, good practices sharing, data collection automation)
  • Supporting financial analyses on Group’s strategic initiatives & projects.
  • Market monitoring (competitors performance review, modelling of the impact of external factors such as inflation.


What You´ll Need


  • Business or Engineering school master degree, with specialization in corporate finance.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Finance Department, or Big-4 company (Transaction Due Diligence service most appreciated)
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact not only with finance team members but as well as with operational staff.
  • Analytical and critical mind.
  • Ability to simplify and popularizing complex issues.
  • Interest for team management, junior analysts training/development.
  • Excellent ppt presentation skills, ability to build robust/automated excel files.
  • Autonomous and resourceful.
  • Fluent in English.
