Position Title: Customer Service Manager Export

We are looking for our new Customer Service Manager Export for Continental Europe in our Supply Chain organization. You will work in our plant in Harnes, France. You will manage the Order to Bill process and all customer service activities for McCain Food Europe (MFE) Export & Intercompany (ICO) markets for Frozen and Flakes businesses, and for McCain Appetizers Europe (MAE) business. In other words, you will be in charge of all exportations done outside Continental Europe region. You will anticipate, stay ahead and work in project mode for all topics relating to Export documentations or compliances that are becoming increasingly complex.
As a Customer Service Manager Export you will manage directly a team of 10 Customer Service agents split between France and The Netherlands, to guarantee an excellent and consistent service level and ensure that all documentations needed for delivery is considered. You will define Customer Service processes and optimize them with a continuous improvement mindset and a lean management approach. You will help your team to challenge and to cooperate pro-actively with customers for all Supply Chain topics.

Key responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the order-to-bill process for all export activities.
- You discuss, maintain, and communicate customer service policies and KPI’s regarding order and delivery management (lead times, minimum order quantity, SLA, forecast consumption, documentation needed, …).
- You ensure that all required analysis and documents for Export activities are duly filled and communicated. You manage third party customs brokers.
- You follow all compliance evolutions (documentations, specialties, …) to be sure goods will be delivered successfully.
- You develop a strong business/customer knowledge, a strong Supply Chain understanding and a good communication way of working to implement process optimization internally and with customers whenever relevant.
- You will prepare and participate actively to S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) and S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) monthly meetings with regions.
- You manage resources and workload of all team members.
- You have a relevant background in business engineering and knowledge of upstream and downstream Supply Chain (including order management and logistics in an Export environment).
- You have an expertise on Export documentation and compliances.
- Thanks to your customer obsession and your sales experience, you will make this role a success.
- You are resilient, work well within a team, and have experience in managing projects and/or people.
- Thanks to your sense of ownership, clear communication, strong tactical and strategic problem-solving skills you will bring this team to the next level.
- You have excellent English skills.
- You have excellent analytical skills and connect these with strong decision-making skills.
- You are competent in SAP, PowerBI and Excel.
