About the role:
Part of the group level marketing team at our headquarter, in Paris, Boulogne.
You will be responsible for providing our 6 studios with their creative concept & iteration for their Paid marketing campaigns
Lead creative vision, strategy and creative directions per game/app, challenge Creative Leads guidelines, prioritization and standards of execution on a weekly basis
Produce and update market & competitors benchmarks to ensure early identification of creatives that outperform the market (tool: SensorTower)
Ensure high-quality design concepts and execute creative materials as required.
Deliver all phases of production from concept to completion (e.g. mockups, hi-fidelity comps, production-ready assets and guidelines for usage).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our Product, Marketing, Data & business intelligence teams.
What you’ll need to be successful:
2-5 years Graphic Design experience.
Fluent in French & English
A passion for conceptual ideation and design execution.
Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and typography.
Proficiency in using analytics tools to interpret data, draw insights, and make informed decisions for optimizing user experiences and game performance
Outstanding communication and client skills – both written and spoken – to work effectively with our studios
Ability to work collaboratively, fostering creativity, and maintaining open communication
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
A strong interest and passion for art, design, games, music, film, and contemporary culture in general.
