The position is located at Sigmatech (close to Lyon 01150 Ste Julie), in the main R&D center of Exterior Business Group, gathering 500 highly skilled and engaged people.

Leading a Global Team, Main Missions Are

• Define and implement the general purchasing policy and its strategy in order to ensure OPmobility growth, and set as well the annual productivity goals of the global team under their management.
• Define and implement initiatives, tools and processes to reach the expected performance of the purchasing department. Ensure the implementation of progress plans necessary to achieve these goals.
• Manage teams under their hierarchical / functional responsibility, including different management policies (risk management, dedicated to specific métier). Work closely with Innovation, and Quality teams, as well as Suppliers.
  
  

Profile

Minimum 10 years in management position. Purchasing, preferably in the automotive industry companies
