Responsibilities:
Prepare financial analyzes and models to support real estate transactions and investment operations
Support the Capital Markets team in the preparation and execution of transactions
Follow the validation process of investment and transfer files and respond to questions/requests for clarification from committees/investors
Prepare ad hoc reports and presentations for general management and committees
Prepare periodic market analyzes using external databases
