VOTRE MISSION

Role Summary

Reporting to the VP Marketing & Commercial Performance, theMarketing Analyst will be a member of the Group BD & KA team and he/she will be responsible of the following activities:

• Industrial offer “packaging” and client meeting markcom doc preparation
• Manage BD and Industrial business watch
• Support Key Account strategic planning and management
• Support Sales & Marketing network activities i.e. Sales Conference, Sales Academy
• Support BD & KA commercialperformance i.e. starting with KA
  
  

Essential Responsabilities

• Industrial Offer Packaging
• Map Water and Waste offer and references and keep them updated
• Help packaging the various Suez Business Unit offers into a coherent set of solutions and work on the underlaying story telling
• Produce document and presentation to support Requests for proposal and client meeting
• BD & Indusrial Buniess Watch
• Configure and exploit the tool to perform and fine- tune the business watch i.e. results of the researches
• Perform weekly analysis of relevant competitive information by Market, Client, Competitor, key topic and regions
• Produce the monthly Business Watch summary for Suez senior management on industry
• KA Strategic Planning and Management
• In close link with Key Account Managers, perform the analysis by market, accountand competitor to support the strategic plan development
• Work with KAMs to prepare the mid term growth plan i.e. objectives definition and relevant action plan
• Perform performance assessment i.e. qualitative by action; and quantitative ex. pipeline, orders, sales and margin; to steer the plan implementation.
  
  

VOTRE PROFIL

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Data Science or Economics is required, advanced degree preferred.

0 to 1+ years’ experience in commercial/ sales/ marketing/ data analysis and tools and process improvement position.

Influencing skills. Ability to build bridges and relationships with key stakeholders and achieve organizational buy-in from employees who sit outside of his/her direct team.

Culturally sensitive and adept with extensive international background

Strong logic and analytical skills are a must

High ethical standards demonstrated by the individual’s reputation for high integrity in business.

Desired Characteristics

Fluent English and French

Knowledge or mastery of multiple languages is a plus

Comfortable with Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, Power Point,..)
