OUR U-LTIMATE TALENTS 🛸☄ We warmly welcome Massimiliano, Stanislas, Nicolas and William who have joined the U-Space Team since the beginning of 2024.  As System architect and Product System Manager Massimiliano is in charge of overseeing the developemnt of the FreeForm product and support the system engineering team in different technical developments. Massimiliano leads architectural trade-offs and the development plan for the FreeForm product, contributes to customisation of application programs and ensure the final compliance of the product with market needs. Stanislas is satellite system engineer and has to guarantee the technical coherency all along one application program from contract award up to in-orbit delivery, to support the architects and manage the customer relationship in close coordination with the project manager. Additionally, Stanislas is supporting the FreeForm Product development. As a member of the system engineering team, Nicolas is in charge of system activities coordination (program within FreeForm product line). As part of this role, Nicolas is supporting the project and technical teams through the required developments, with a range of system activities from design definition up to final acceptance review. Additionally, Nicolas is supporting the FreeForm product team in the frame of overall system validation activities. As a Project Manager, William is responsible for the good execution (OCOTOQ) of the projects he has in charge. To ensure their success, he leads a multidisciplinary team with a strong relationshhip with the system engineer and multiples interfaces with the internal team, the clients and the suppliers. He is also in charge of managing the projects risks and to mitigate them, organizing the projects reviews such as the PDR and the CDR. Finally, he reports the project KPI to the management team and justify them on a monthly basis. We welcome them onboard! 🚀

An inspiring day with the talents of tomorrow! ✨ We had the pleasure of welcoming students from various high schools to our company. This visit provided an opportunity for them to discover our activities and to open the doors to our clean rooms, essential spaces for our production process. 🔬 The students were able to learn more about the cutting-edge technologies we use, as well as the strict standards we adhere to in order to ensure the quality and safety of our products. Thank you to all the students for their enthusiasm and curiosity! We hope this experience has sparked passions and interests in the fields of industry and technology. 🛰

OUR U-LTIMATE TALENTS 🛸☄ We warmly welcome Mourad, Claire and Nicolas who have joined the U-Space Team since the beginning of 2024.  As Space Systems Bid Manager, Mourad leads bids from qualification to proposal, ensuring technical, schedule, and financial viability in collaboration with engineering and customers. He also drives customer-facing activities for new nanosatellite projects such as conducting feasibility studies. Claire is a member of the TOMM service (Thermal, Optical, Mechanical, and Mechanisms) and participates in the development of nanosatellite projects. She is responsible for the development of the satellite's mechanical and thermal architecture, from preliminary design to launch. She also ensures good mechanical and thermal behavior through simulations and tests. As Electrical and Avionics Architect for our microsatellite products, Nicolas is in charge of the Electrical Power and Command & Data Handling subsystems. He is involved in defining and following the development of electronic equipments designed by our electronics engineers. He also deals with radiation-related aspects, as well as defining the future integrated avionics solution for our satellites. We welcome them onboard! 🚀

OUR U-LTIMATE TALENTS 🛸☄ We warmly welcome Céline, Nicolas and Théo who have joined the U-Space Team since the beginning of 2024.  As Head of Quality & Performance, Céline is in charge to put in place Quality System Management based on Performance & Excellence in order to support the industrial transformation of U-Space. Céline acts at all level of the organization and also assumes functions related to the company structuration and growing. Nicolas is Delivery Manager and is in charge of deliverables management, workload management (for Avionics and Embedded Systems departments), supplier/subcontractor relation and configuration management for product ranges in development. He is also in charge of the development of CubeSat battery systems and the management of R&D projects (integrated avionics). As a Flight Software Engineer in the embedded system team, Théo is taking part in the development of the flight software by implementing various equipment interfaces and communication layers with the onboard computer, as well as adding features directly to the flight software itself. We welcome them onboard! 🚀

Today, few solutions exist to address the challenges of the NewSpace-related space industry. Consequently, U-Space focuses its value proposition around an offer that aligns with the current needs of operators. 🛰📝🌟 Therefore, we offer our clients a turnkey service based on next-generation nanosatellites, aiming to help operators overcome complex entry barriers and streamline the process of designing and producing dedicated constellations. 🙌🏼 In order to provide our clients with low recurring costs and a high production capacity for constellations, we internalize the design of certain fundamental technological components & build strong partnership with key equipment suppliers. With our 4.0 factory equipped with 800m2 of cleanrooms, we prepare the mass production of our satellites to enable operators to generate revenue quickly. 🛠🚀 To meet the needs of our clients, we aim to achieve a satellite production capacity of one per week by 2025 and one per day by 2026, utilizing cobots, smart tools, machine learning, AI, automation and meticulous testing sequences in synergy with design-to-manufacturing & design-to-test to enable efficient mass production of satellite constellations. ☄
