At the Ritz Paris, sustainability takes the spotlight through the Olivier Roellinger competition. 🐟 In partnership with Ethic Ocean, the competition challenged chefs to present two dishes: one gourmet and one "like at home", both rooted in ethical and sustainable principles. We are thrilled to announce that Gaetan pauvert, from Ritz Paris Kitchen, has won the silver medal in the competition. He showcased two unique recipes featuring the small-spotted catshark, a shark species abundant along the coasts of Morbihan. Gaetan not only stood out for his creativity but also for his commitment to offering products and recipes that truly embody these values. His innovative approach and strong sustainability argumentation were particularly noteworthy, earning him the silver medal. Congratulations Gaetan! Right in front of the Ritz Paris, a magnificent transformation took place on the Place Vendôme as the vibrant energy of Vogue World event illuminated the capital in a celebration of sports, fashion, and the essence of French joie de vivre — setting the stage for a truly exceptional summer season. The third spectacular edition of Vogue World fused style and sports, honoring a century of fashion in ten dazzling groupings that turned the Place Vendôme into an international runway. Curated by the visionary Anna Wintour and Vogue, with the charismatic Cara Delevingne as emcee, the event featured a star-studded lineup, including designers Jean-Paul Gaultier, Simon Porte Jacquemus and Pharrell Williams, athletes Marie-José Perec, Serena Williams and Victor Wembanyama, supermodels Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid, and so many more...
