Analytics in Minakem and ICH Q14 implementation   MINAKEM is always proactive to anticipate client needs and regulatory updates. New ICH guidance with revision of ICH Q2 and creation of ICH Q14 enhance the way of thinking analytics in a pharmaceutical environment. Minakem has worked on these topics over the last years to fit these new requirements. We develop analytical methods using Fusion software to gather valuable knowledge and design robust methods. We control the impurity fate and use a QToF HRMS to clearly identify impurities observed through process development and manage the risk efficiently. When PMI or NDSRI are identified as a risk, we quantify them using our Triple quadrupole mass system under a GMP environment. Minakem ouvre ses portes aux futurs chimistes ! La semaine dernière, nous avons eu le plaisir d'accueillir 11 étudiants de première année de l'ECOLE NATIONALE SUPERIEURE DE CHIMIE DE LILLE et leur professeur pour une visite immersive de notre site de Dunkerque. C'était l'occasion pour ces jeunes talents de découvrir l'univers passionnant de l'industrie chimique et plus particulièrement du secteur de la chimie fine, un domaine aux multiples facettes et aux débouchés prometteurs. Au programme de cette journée enrichissante : Échanges avec des professionnels expérimentés: #LudovicBEUVIER, responsable de laboratoire contrôle qualité, et #AnnaLouMorvanChaumeil, ingénieur industrialisation et optimisation des procédés, ont partagé leur parcours et leur expertise avec les étudiants, suscitant leur curiosité et leur enthousiasme. Visite guidée des ateliers de production: Les étudiants ont pu observer de près les différentes étapes de fabrication de nos produits, de la matière première au produit fini, en passant par les procédés de synthèse et de purification. Découverte des laboratoires de développement analytique et contrôle qualité: Ils ont également eu l'opportunité de visiter nos laboratoires de pointe, où se déroulent les analyses et les tests de qualité essentiels pour garantir la conformité de nos produits aux normes les plus strictes. OUR MISSION AND CREDO AT WORK – Improving lives together A breakthrough solution under development in Canada seeks to provide alternate therapeutic options for pain management and insomnia, and is making huge strides under the leadership of a consortium of experts, including #McGillUniversity, #CQDM (an R&D incubator non-profit organization), the #brainCanadaFoundation, Evotec SE, the Quebec Government and the full engagement of #MINAKEM Montreal. This transformative research is issued from the work conducted by #GabriellaGobbi, MD, PhD, Professor of Psychiatry at McGill, in 2007. The new treatment option could transform pain management, replacing opioids-type medicines with higher risk profiles, as well as help enable durable deep sleep phases for insomnia patients. Through the effective coordination of CQDM, the consortium was able to join strengths and push forward a quality of life changing solutions for patients.
