ANTEFIXE is an Architectural end Engineering Association firm based in strategic two emplacement: - in the Parisian area ( France ) for the European territory - in the Dubai area ( UAE ) for the Middle East territory. - in the NewYork area ( USA ) for the Américain territory. Architecture & Engineering Our team of Architects and Engineers will be in charge of the architectural parts of your project. They shall adapt to your original and unique planning concept, always taking into account your organizational and budgetary guidelines while respecting the applicable regulations and technical constraints. By integrating your codes and your values, they will create a space that will enhance the image of your brand. Project Manager The project manager will be your privileged interlocutor throughout the mission. He will escort you through all the stages of your project, from the definition of your needs, up to the delivery of the keys. He will be your personal point of contact and shall ensure that a regular work in progress reporting of your project is being done. Executing your project and ensuring its compliance with our commitments are his main objectives. Works Supervisor Our technical operational team which is constituted of Architects and Engineers shall conduct your entire project execution phase and oversee its application. They coordinate various specialist-engineering contractors while supervising the works and make sure that your concept is respected. Quality of services and planning, budget as well as the administrative follow-up will be guaranteed at all times. The works supervisor will have a complete and comprehensive overall view of your project.

Del Core opens a new boutique in New York’s Upper East Side: the first in the US, marking a milestone moment. Located in a townhouse at number 789 of Madison Avenue and spread over three floors, the boutique has been envisioned by creative director Daniel Del Core to offer customers an experience as telling of the Del Core values as the clothing. With its sharp lines, organic profiles and custom-made elements, it is at once a living organism and a sci-fi lab full of surprises. Ready-to-wear and accessories collections are displayed, while a private area is entirely dedicated to Haute Couture.

ANTEFIXE PARIS is proud to have collaborated with EssilorLuxottica and their entire team on the renovation of the Grand Optical flagship store, which has reopened its doors on the iconic Avenue des Champs-Elysées in Paris. This project was an exceptional technical challenge and a great achievement, successfully realized through effective teamwork and exceptional leadership. Special recognition goes to the ANTEFIXEPARIS team in the roles of "Licensed Architect of Record" and "Execution Architect," as well as to the General Contractor team of EXA MP FRANCE , the Millworker teams of L'Elite Group Srl and ITALCOM S.R.L., the BTP Consultants team, and to all those who contributed to this extraordinary experience. GrandOptical Flaghip on Champs-Elysees GrandOptical flagship has reopened on March the 12th. The revamped store showcases a new concept uniquely designed for this one-of-kind store, providing highest quality vision care, exceptional service, best-in-class shopping experiences as well as the finest brands of frames, sunglasses and lens tecnologies. This represents one of the first 2 projects we followed for our long standing client in the Caribbeans. Following 10 months of intensive work with many challenges along the way, supporting the client from the Construction Drawing Phase, Permitting, Bidding, Full Procurement, Cost Control, Construction management and Site Supervision.
