YOUR MISSION
Your mission is to identify and attract the best talent who align both professionally and personally with Hawk. You are dedicated to finding the perfect candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring process, and taking pride in contributing to the growth and success of both the candidates and the organization.
Your Responsibilities
You collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and job requirements.
You source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles, including software engineers, developers, data scientists, and other IT professionals.
You utilize various recruiting methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to attract candidates.
You conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
You manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
You maintain an up-to-date candidate database and track recruiting metrics.
You ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
You stay current on tech industry trends and recruiting best practices.
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in tech recruiting, preferably in a startup environment.
Strong understanding of technical roles and the tech industry landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
