Role Description

To strengthen our People & Culture team, we are looking for a passionate, experienced, and open-minded colleague who wants to take the next career step with us and is interested in long-term development.

Your areas of responsibility

  • You are responsible for the entire Talent Acquisition process for all our open positions, with a focus on tech roles
  • You act as a valued sparring partner for our hiring teams, understand their long-term needs, continuously support and train them to ensure an enjoyable candidate experience
  • You source the right talents and assess their fit for tado°
  • You inspire candidates by being an ambassador for tado°, embodying our values and our Employee Value Proposition throughout the entire process
  • You bring our Employee Value Proposition to life and initiate new Employer Branding measures
  • You collaborate closely with our Head of People & Culture and our People Team to continually improve our processes and approaches.

Requirements

Must have

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in a fast-paced environment, ideally in tech recruiting, with a proven track record of success.
  • You speak fluent English and have good German skills (at least B1 level)
  • You love getting to know people and finding out what moves them.
  • You can easily build relationships with candidates and key stakeholders
  • You are willing to work autonomously, yet appreciate achieving goals within an amazing team.
  • You are well organized and pay attention to detail

  • You have experience creating digital content for Employer Branding initiatives
