A Bissle Butza GmbH is a young and energetic company located in Stuttgart, Germany. We provide cleaning services mainly to offices, organizations, and event locations in the Stuttgart area. Our aim is to raise the standard of cleaning services industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales & Operation Manager located in Stuttgart. As a Sales & Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales and operational activities of our cleaning services. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, managing and coordinating the operations team, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our cleaning services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and operations management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of the cleaning services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Read, Write, Spoken language preferred - English or German
