Job Description
CyberArk is looking for a results-driven and collaborative Manager in Commercial Sales EMEA (M/W/D), reporting to the EMEA Area VP of Corporate and Sales Development. As a Manager of Commercial Sales EMEA, you will lead, coach, and mentor a team of Commercial Account Executives with end-to-end sales cycles and work on an existing and growing portfolio across several markets across Europe (DACH, Italy, and Benelux).
This is a Lead by example role: building and maintaining meaningful relationships with new and existing clients and partners. working as a focal point for your team of Solution Engineers, Channel Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Marketing experts, and all the other supporting resources. You are expected to have a strong territory coverage skillset and be able to create and execute a business plan that defines account, territory, and potential revenue clearly.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage and coach Commercial Account Executives
- Create and execute Europe Sales strategy working with the Commercial Sales Director
- Execute effective account planning to deliver maximum revenue through strategic partnering with functions such as Customer Success, Pre and Post Sales and Marketing Teams to identify and develop new contacts, leads, and opportunities resulting in net new customer growth
- Build strong partnerships internally, externally, and with customers.
- 5+ years of People Management Experience and coaching diverse teams
- 7+ years of end-to-end sales cycle and selling into complex environments
- Familiar with the German market
- Complex Solution Selling Experience, and security subject matter expertise will be a big plus
- Results-driven, and flexible whilst continuously building an inclusive work environment that promotes commitment, humility, creativity and optimal productivity for all direct and matrix team members
- Clearly understands SaaS & subscription metrics and applies them to high-growth and performance in a Cyber Security, Identity Management, DevOps, Cloud, or Information Security in the Enterprise IT market
- Travel 30%-50%
