E-commerce Manager (Product and Promotion Operation)

We are looking for a great E-commerce Manager (Product and Promotion Operation) for Germany to join our team.

Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Responsibilities:

• New Product Operation: Plan and implement operational strategies based on consumer insights in product launch projects. Ensure that relevant assets and communications materials are available and deployed by working closely with the marketing team.
• Promotion Campaign Operation: Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and reviewing the annual promotional activities of hihonor.com. Boost sales by seizing the opportunity of peak sales season.
• Daily Operations Management: Monitor and iterate on sales motion performance by doing analyses, conducting research, and building reports and KPI dashboards. Host weekly business meetings of the department.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing or other relevant fields
• 3+ years’ experience in e-commerce or retail industry. In-depth experience in e-shop operation, preferably with experience in go-to-market or category operation
• Strong analytical skills to identify critical issues and opportunities, evaluate options and provide clear recommendations for e-commerce growth
• You can think across multiple dimensions of a business and P&L, multiple regions, and work cross-functionally to deliver results
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Fluent in English and German, proficiency in Chinese is a plus
