EasyPark is quickly expanding in Europe, especially in the German speaking markets (DE, AT and CH), and also in emerging markets like Czechia, Hungary, Slovenia, Italy and Spain.
We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to accelerate and sustain the success and growth of our B2B customer segment in these territories and in south and central europe markets overall. Experience in B2B marketing, especially in B2B buyer journey, digital and content marketing, is a must.
The role:
As an experienced B2B Marketing Manager, you will have a diverse set of marketing capabilities, being able to formulate a data driven plan and bring our company vision to life. Key responsibilities include:
Develop and execute go-to-market plans with the right multi-channel strategy, in collaboration with the B2B Product marketing manager Europe, B2B sales operations and group functions.
Localise and execute our content strategy covering all channels both digital and analog.
Own and develop the operational excellence between Marketing and B2B sales operations for South and Central markets, with a strong focus on lead generation.
Maximise demand generation in key markets, focus on capturing demand and optimising our web journey performance in collaboration with our global web and digital team (SEO, analytics, SEM, CRO, A/B testing, create digital content such as webinar, case studies)
Create positive stakeholder engagement across a complex matrix environment.
Develop public relations activities together with PR agencies to drive earned coverage and product leadership awareness.
You as a marketeer:
A structured 360° marketing professional with 5+ years of experience who stays up-to-date with B2B buyer journey trends, web user journey optimization and automation + AI marketing trends.
An experience of Account Based Marketing is a must as we target medium and large enterprises.
Have experience working both independently and within teams and can take ownership of projects and deliverables.
Ability to quickly adapt to new stakeholders and marketing strategies.
Understand the importance of measuring marketing impact on the end to end funnel and love to report on key digital marketing metrics.
Used to work with a variety of different marketing tools to perform on target, such as web CMS, web analytics, SEO tools, sales CRM, marketing automation / emailing tools, social media.
Strong drive for results, comfortable operating in a very hands-on manner and skilled at producing marketing content and copy for different channel activities.

Excellent written and spoken level of German (European Reference Framework: C2).
You communicate confidently and fluently in English (European Reference Framework: C1).

You love solving problems with a positive attitude.
