Jedes Jahr laden wir mit unseren Marken HYUNDAI Finance und KIA Finance jeweils die TOP 30 Verkäuferinnen und Verkäufer zu einem besonderen Event ein. In entspannter Atmosphäre blicken wir gemeinsam auf das vergangene Jahr und bedanken uns für die geleistete Arbeit. So ist es Tradition und seit dem letzten Jahr ist eine weitere Tradition hinzugekommen: die Spendenbox. Bei den gemeinsamen Abendessen können die Teilnehmenden je nach Gefallen Geld für den guten Zweck #spenden. Der gesammelte Betrag wird dann von unseren Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern sowie von HCBE selbst aufgestockt. In diesem Jahr sind dadurch 2.500 Euro zusammengekommen! Die Spende haben wir in dieser Woche an die Bärenherz Stiftung für schwerstkranke Kinder übergeben. Zu diesem Zweck wurden wir im Kinderhospiz in Wiesbaden ganz herzlich empfangen. Wir waren beeindruckt welche tolle Arbeit die Ehrenamtlichen und Angestellten in den Einrichtungen leisten, um Familien mit Kindern, die unheilbar erkrankt sind und eine geringe Lebenserwartung haben, zu unterstützen. Als zweites Haus seiner Art in Deutschland, dem nach wie vor einzigen in Hessen, besteht das Kinderhospiz Bären­herz in Wiesbaden seit dem Jahr 2002. Es bietet zehn schwerstkranken Kindern mit geringer Lebenserwartung im Alter bis zu 18 Jahren Platz.   Wir #danken allen, die sich an dieser Spendenaktion beteiligt haben und dadurch derart wertvolle Arbeit unterstützen und freuen uns schon, diese Tradition im nächsten Jahr weiterzuführen!  *** Every year, we invite the top 30 dealers to a special event with our HYUNDAI Finance and KIA Finance brands. In a relaxed atmosphere, we look back on the past year together and thank them for their hard work. It's a tradition, and since last year another tradition has been added: the donation box. At the joint dinners, participants can #donate money for a good cause whatever they like. The amount collected is then topped up by our employees and HCBE itself. This year, 2.500 euros were raised! We handed over the donation to the Bärenherz Stiftung für schwerstkranke Kinder this week. For this purpose, we were warmly welcomed at the children's hospice in Wiesbaden. We were impressed by the great work the volunteers and employees do in the institutions to support families with children who are incurably ill and have a short life expectancy. The Bärenherz children's hospice in Wiesbaden has been the second of its kind in Germany, and still the only one in Hesse, since 2002. Meet Janine! Janine joined us almost two years ago and is an integral part of our Outsourcing, IT & Operations team. As our BaaS (Banking as a Service) Manager, she plays a crucial role in bridging the communication between our key service provider teams and our business functions. She manages change requests, escalations and prepares the scorecard data which is essential for service management. Janine enjoys the connection between financial services and the automotive industry which is reflected in the products offered to our customers.
