During a recent overhaul by another service provider at a Central European refinery, a discharge valve was installed incorrectly in a cylinder, causing serious damage. As a result, the estimated time to repair the cylinder was three weeks. To make this situation even worse, this specific compressor is extremely important because there was no standby compressor available. 𝗨𝗻𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲, 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲. Due to the urgent situation, the customer approached HOERBIGER Service with their cylinder repair request, and we quickly repaired the cylinder to their complete satisfaction within seven days, helping them get back online and running with improved reliability and efficiency.
