Last week we welcomed our 2024 Alta Summer Interns during the URUS Intern Training in Madison, WI. Interns across the URUS sister companies were able to network and learn a little bit about each company during the first day and a half of training. The remainder of the time, our Alta interns stayed in Madison for more in-depth learning about Alta to prepare them for the summer ahead. The other week, a few Alta team members attended a Train the Trainer workshop to enhance their presentation and training leadership skills! Participants focused on developing their knowledge and delivery skills, which can be applied to future presentations and trainings they lead. We are proud to continue empowering and providing new skills to our team!
