The first session for IRLA’s new professional development programme 'Management to ExCO Leadership' begins in just three months. The programme will accommodate eight top performing senior managers and leaders earmarked for promotion to their respective Executive teams. One of the mentors for this inaugural programme is Darren Truman, Enstar Group Enstar EU Executive Director and former CEO for Europe, who says: “Supporting upcoming leadership talent and helping them to become ready to join an Executive Committee is of critical importance in our market. As someone who’s been in the industry for a long time, I’m really passionate about giving back and I look forward to helping mentor some of these talented individuals as part of this career development initiative with IRLA. Investing in talent for the future is the collective responsibility of everyone across the industry, and IRLA is creating a platform for myself and other experienced CEOs to do just that with this programme."
