In 2021, P&O Maritime Logistics introduced FlexDELIVERY™, a game-changing technological solution designed to make cargo delivery smarter and more sustainable. Previously, customers grappled with inflexible day-rate contracts and limited adaptability. With our customer-first approach, we wanted to provide greater access, ease of monitoring and the opportunity to adjust routes in real-time, to help streamline the booking process and cargo tracking with a single tool and move Scope 1 emissions to Scope 3. Equipped with real-time data transmission from vessels, FlexDELIVERY offers a fully integrated logistics solution that has significantly improved our operations. The results speak for themselves: a 23% boost in supply chain efficiency, a 23% reduction in costs, and a 32% decrease in carbon emissions.
